  1. Many of these cards use a really original 'cut-out' technique that I've never seen used on artist trading cards before. It's great to see something new!

If anyone would like to know more about artist trading cards and their history, or how to make artist trading cards, they may also be interested in a couple of articles that I've written.

  4. My favorite is Jonah being spit out at Ninevah. My husband said, "I don't think he was actually spit at the shore" which prompted me to look it up. It says "it vomited Jonah onto dry land."

But I prefer your chunk-less version for a cut out rendering. You must have some steady hands. Don't even try to imagine what mine would look like. Let's just say when I helped the kids with cutouts for school I don't have to try to make it look like a child's work.

  5. Hah, hah... Anita J., I do have to keep my cuts clean enough that my kids can see them... :-) and, "vomited onto dry land" does not mean he was immediately at the shoreline, i mean, now many times have you had to vomit and did not make it half way before you leaked some out or just burst with ickiness... hah hah hah... Plus it was such fun making jonah fly for what may seem like a long distance, but he is close enough at least to be grateful that the "END" is in sight... :-)thanks for leaving a message...
